I got 21 duck eggs, but only 2 hen eggs. They are molting.

Ok so i called home and I guess I got 1 egg from my 4 girls .. I think they are older then the farmer said they were ... No consistency...

11 hens and 4 eggs today I have been averaging 2-4 a day now and hope there will be more (they have been with us for 4 weeks and our weather is crappy so maybe that is it? )
but they are four beautiful eggs a blue one a white one a dark brown one and a pinkish beige one

12 eggs from 12 birds,I have three nest boxes but they insist on using only 2,,I found 9 eggs in one box ,,must be the baby blue color of the storage container I made the box from

I got 9 eggs out of 17 hens today. Not the best production.
I also have a very broody bantam hen (black tailed white japanese) who tries her best to sit on any eggs she can. Blossom doesn't take to kindly to having eggs removed from underneath her. I've got cuts on my hands to prove it!

I expect my orpington girls to turn broody any time now.

I had some real bad luck getting about 10 eggs a month from my hen.
She's been soo good! For two straight weeks she's been pumping out eggs and only took one day off!
