10 before the blow started and 2 after. Poor girls stand at the door looking at the white stuff till the roo goes out. Then they take a few steps out look around and run back in. Silly birds.

Polish hen also laid her fist egg today and I got the wonderful experience of watching it!!

I'm learning quickly that my girls will eat anything that doesn't eat them first. They ate a dead mouse out of a trap just the other day.
