How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I don't even know how many eggs I have gotten for the month. I know it would be quite a few.

9/26 for me today, one egg of which is a monster. Louise always lays huge eggs (barred rock) but mom got the eggs today and said it was so large today. Crazy!

We have 5 hens who are 1 yr old, 16 pullets who are starting to lay, 2 bantams and 3 chix

I have a new egg layer... an AL. I know it was one of them because I watched her hop from one nest box to another until she found the "perfect" box.... LOL
One morning, I'll wake up and have a dozen eggs waiting for me to collect. :/

Nothing yesterday. They are all going in the nest boxes though. I have one that will lay in the box for me when i check the coop. She`ll move on to the next one and do the same in each.

I got 3 eggs from my 7 hens today!!! We were getting 1 a day then past 2 days we got 2 and now we are up to 3! Of course nugget waited until after I let her out to go to the rabbit hutch and lay. our leghorn egg is a little weird. anyone with leghorns get baige colored eggs? I'll attach picture.

9/14 including a soft shell that was broken and eaten in the nest. Had my 17 1/2 weeker I knew that had started laying in a cage being "punished" for attacking the new babies. So possibly another has started! Will ave to wait and see. Too bad I work the next three nights so I won't be going out as frequently so ill have to wait till later in the week to catch her in the act!
