Yes, they did crack!!! It was -11F this morning!!!! That how cold it was!!!!!!!

Math I have noticed that your chickens have been laying very well in all your posts, perhaps you could tell us what breed you have and how old and pics and what you feed them?

Thank you Joel. We got 24/26 yesterday. I am very pleased with my hens' egg production. I have 26 hens that I raised from chicks starting March this year, 2013. I bought these chicks from local stores as day old chicks. I have 10 Red Sex Links (look like Cinnamon Queens); 10 Silver Laced Wyandottes; 3 Rhode Island Reds; and 3 Yellow Buffs (sex links). All my hens are considered egg producers. My hens will be 8 months old this week and they have been laying since I got my first two eggs July 23rd. I feed my hens Nutrena layer Crumbles and Pellets. Occasionally, I give them cracked corn on the ground. I hope the pictures come through. This is my first posting pictures.
