How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Here was our first morning with our new hens. (2/3) We were told they would quit laying for a couple weeks with the stress of being moved from someone else's coop to our home and our coop. Either we got lucky or that just isn't true? We're so excited about our 1st hens and 1st eggs. Whoooooohooooo!!!

Out of 9 layers I got 7; I didn't include the duck but she hasn't given me an egg since fall.

4 eggs from 8 hens, 2 of which haven't started laying yet. We had a light snow last night with more predicted for later this week.

9/10!! Of course #10 hasn't started laying yet, but will hopefully any day now
