did not know I was supposed to...for how long? In freezer or fridge?

I heard it's more tender if frozen first.

I'll be sending my smaller rooster to freezer camp soon. He's been banished from the run by the Alpha rooster. All he does is stay inside and harass the pullets when they try to lay.

Not worth keeping, but I'm not going to enjoy the process.
