13 eggs today, unfortunately 2 were already eaten. I don't usually have a problem with that. Both were laid on the floor of the coop and were pullet eggs. I'm wondering if they got broken & then were eaten. Hopefully I don't have an egg eater developing.
Only 16 today out of our 22 ladies. We did peak at 100% (22 egg a day) for several days running but the days are getting shorter and we don't do supplemental lighting so output is dropping. That and we now have a broody Columbian Wyandotte...her second time in a couple of months. Might just have to get her some fertilized eggs and let her hatch them.
