Cold?? It's 30 here..HEAT WAVE! I've been doing some building in the barn and had to actually search to find 4 eggs today. 9 hens laying.

I have two good girls and four freeloaders today. I love them anyway.

three, and one of those is from a newly laying freeloader. Now all four of my girls have rent eggs. Emily laid her first today. She's a bantam barred cochin. Love her to death. She's a cutie. And her egg is so teeny tiny compared to my EE's. So, no more freeloaders of laying age. The only freeloaders I have now are juveniles.
