How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

A second cockerel showed himself over the last couple days in our mixed flock 13 of which we had thought there was only Jimmy.
Time to add another pen and split the 34 ladies out amongst the 3 fellas.
After 3 weeks of settling in together, the 11 hens in the adult pen are getting regular. Averaging 6 a day from the 11, no one is molting so the number should continue to rise a little.
They are making lovely cartons of creams, tans, browns and whites with the Barred Rocks leading in size at 68 grams followed closely by the Leghorns at 67 grams. Overall range is from 43 to 68 grams.

6 from the lighted coop ( 9 hens at least 3 of which are molting!) None from the Ameraucana/ Easter Egger coop(which is not lighted).

1/13 lots of rain, lots of molting, and 2 very vocal broodies ( and they were fighting over who got to sit on the egg!) They weren't happy when I took the egg! hehehe..
