Maybe switch out that front tarp for a poly/vinyl material.

What a good idea, the first tarp the one on my "barn" covers by itself it is larger, the one on the coop wasn't quite as large. I have to wait till next month but you kinda made the light bulb go on

thank you I have saved the site and may recover the entire coop with one
allowing all natural light in, I have a 40x 100 ft of burlap ordered to use in the coop for warmth and allowing for it to be taken down and rolled in winter.

Get some golf balls and put one in each nesting box. They peck them and figure out not too.
