My chickens love the cracked corn or scratch grains. I keep their feeder full of layer pellets and another feeder with layer crumbers. And give the scratch in a feed bowl as treat. But they act like they would rather have just scratch. Is this ok?

Definitely not okay. Scratch is not a complete, nutritionally balanced feed. It is lacking in a lot of essential nutrients that a chicken needs. It's also only about 8% protein. If they don't get enough protein, they can't lay eggs, they may start to eat what eggs that do get laid, and they may start eating each others feathers.

Yesterday:
1 tan, 1 green...and a white egg!

Old OEGB started laying again, I guess.

Today:
1 tan egg. Nice!
Nope, I was wrong. NOT an OEGB egg.

Closer inspection tonight reveals two new pullets laying. (I think)

OEGB egg in bottom right corner (marked17) is white. Two new small eggs are pinkish, new lg egg also pinkish.

15th - 1 green egg, 1 sm pink egg 2/25
16th - 1 lg pink egg, I green egg 2/25

New eggs are bottom row; 2nd and 3rd eggs.

Mine laid 6/7. My son brought them in so I'm not sure what colours we got. I have 3 Thode Island Reds and 4 Columbian Rocks. Had another Red but she ended up a he and had to go live somewhere else.
