How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

9/14 so far. One camera knocked onto the floor. One egg was found in the run. And it is gorgeous out.

Just an idea to pass on to you. with the eggs being laid all over do you have golf/ping-pong balls in the nests? I had to put mine back in nests after molt so they would lay in nest boxes again. Silly girls laid every where. Still not getting up to pre molt numbers but it is improving.
4/13,1/2 chicks are starting to feather out on their wings.

Not yet. I have to raise my best box a little. I used an old dresser drawer for the box. I just ran out of time and wood to get things set all the way. I'm getting some ping pong balls tomorrow

Ended up with 11/14. Best day in a while. Now it is going to get colder again.

between molt, young point of lays and just plain lazy birds in not sure my total layers right now.

An even dozen today, possibly 13 but all that was left of #13 was a small bit of shell. No wet spot so I don't know if it was from today or a previous day.
