karenerwin, penny1960 prayers and hugs still for both of you. so sorry you are getting crap from the insurance company.I remember my Dad having to deal with all the red tape when my Grandmother was put in Assisted Living, and the loops he went through. Dad found her Diabetes Diary was starting to be off and she was forgetting everyday habits. She agreed to go thankfully and lived there for 10 yrs with a wonderful care team. I pray God guides you and gives you strength during this. Gander I pray you feel better as well, I hope the VA is doing all they can.
