will have the 5//5 lazy susan is panting to have hers it is 80 here very sunny
we do not get high humidity here so fairly comfortable in the shade or
our very cool house ceiling fan on high

wow are the crows keeping an eye on them, at least I know who is heisting my chicken eggs

Temp 106F degrees & no winds just blazing

And it is only the last day of the month of May So the real heat is just around the corner .

We finally broke down & turned on the AC, our foreign exchange student thought she was going to die from the heat! (it's only been in the 80"s & low 90's). We told her this is nice for Missouri. She'll be back in Germany & won't have to do July or August here. Our temps are not as high as you'll get Gander, but I think our humidity is a lot higher.
If you watch the crows can you tell where the chickens are hiding their eggs?

15 eggs today. I called the local food bank & they were very happy to get 7 dozen eggs donated. I figured I had better call first since someone said their state wouldn't allow it, but I found out that mine does. Not sure about the old folks home though, I haven't called them yet.

Isn't that the truth of it!! It was such a surprise to me to notice that my parents had gotten old. ( By the way, they don't think of themselves as being old!) They are 86 & 80 ( I thought my Mom was turning 80 this July, she told me she is already 80. She'll be 81 in July!

Ma is 78 never thought of her as old but I am turning 56 she was 21 when she had me
