Very much so! I've lost 4 (3 pullets & 1 hen) in the past 3 or 4 months. Not sure if it's 1 hawk or several. Could even be an owl or 2, we have those around here as well.

So sorry for your loss

nice numbers! We are struggling with the introduction part:/ especially since we have 2 new groups now which they couldn't even be together

I also use a cage (mine is homemade) that has large enough spaces between the bars for the pullets to go in & out but too small for the older hens & rooster to go in. That way the pullets have a safe space to avoid being picked on but can still integrate with the older flock at will.

Yesterday I got the largest egg so far from my 33 week old girls 95 grams, 3.35 oz.

Total of 8 today. 3 by 7a... 5 by 11. Actually watched one of my hens lay an egg at 7a. Quite interesting and a bit terrifying. Lol
