April Barta
Songster
It’s right behind her ear. I’ll see if I can take one. She finally stopped bumping her keel (is that right? Her breast bone) and now she’s back to her neck injury. She doesn’t seem in pain or discomfort. Just bothered by the bleeding and picks at her feathers. She bleeds for a bit during the day and then is good for a few days. Her comb is red and she’s laying probably 4 eggs a weeks. It’s just a mess and then I get all knotted in my stomach thinking about culling her. Then the next day she’s fine. I’m gonna get an ulcer from this chicken!I do understand the hurt and sadness that come with wish I could give magic how big is the wound ? A picture fairly close is this a would you can pull together?
12/17 yesterday and 14/17 today. Found 2 soft eggs in the run that was joined together by membrane. Bizarrre.
