How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I do understand the hurt and sadness that come with wish I could give magic how big is the wound ? A picture fairly close is this a would you can pull together?

It’s right behind her ear. I’ll see if I can take one. She finally stopped bumping her keel (is that right? Her breast bone) and now she’s back to her neck injury. She doesn’t seem in pain or discomfort. Just bothered by the bleeding and picks at her feathers. She bleeds for a bit during the day and then is good for a few days. Her comb is red and she’s laying probably 4 eggs a weeks. It’s just a mess and then I get all knotted in my stomach thinking about culling her. Then the next day she’s fine. I’m gonna get an ulcer from this chicken!

12/17 yesterday and 14/17 today. Found 2 soft eggs in the run that was joined together by membrane. Bizarrre.

Another 9/3 day I've been back to the breeder and she gave me (bless her ) 6 more eggs to go under Doris the slightly dim Silkie - I was going to get 2 each of Orpington Splash, Australorp and BCM but as she said her BCM eggs aren't really dark so I just got one and an extra Orp' and I'll try to find some really dark ones next broody.

5 for 6 on my regular egg layers and 3 in the bantam coop. My golden seabright layed her first egg today.

ended up 6/7 today, 2 Cornish. For a breed known to be bad layers these are laying really well Incubator is balancing today, eggs go in tomorrow afternoon, rest of delivery arrives Thursday mid day be put in Thursday night or Friday morn. Fingers crossed on my shipped eggs.

not sure how many in their just now.. nothing from the silky land yet

15/17! I ruffled some feathers today with putting more feed in my feed bin. They get flighty when there are big bags coming to the coop! Lol. Tomorrow might be a low day for that reason.

2/3 today (unless someone has snuck one under Doris - but I dont' want to disturb her when I just popped the fertalized eggs under her this morning - I'll check later or tomorrow) - what a let down after 2 days of 9/3

Wow are they that sensitive? I dont' think much phases my girls - they have been used to a crazy 3 year old running around since they were tiny - yelling, jumping, banging etc - maybe I should market my cunning plan - you want a chilled out flock - get yourself a crazy toddler / preschooler
