Is there a European or French version of the American Poultry Association?? If so I would think (ASSUMING Icelandics are a recognized breed by them) they name they use would be what you would want to Google.I dont' know - I've tried looking for them using the english and various french words but haven't had any luck yet.
That's a good idea. I never thought of looking at their site - there are lots of local poultry associations so guessing there is a national one - will have a look.
