She told me that he had a seizure at the table

plus my husband goes in for surgery tomorrow at 2:30 ( blasting kidney stones). So, I was feeling pretty helpless.

Well, @Spartan22 , it's a good thing she loves you!

She loves me indeed! I never met anyone like her and her family, she is amazing, including her “flaws” (who wouldn’t love chickens)

I think I got 8 eggs today. Not really sure as I am a bit frazzled here. Got a phone call around 3 from my son's GF. She told me that he had a seizure at the table.

I’m glad he’s (son) doing better! Keep us update w/ your hubbys procedure.

But, I am super grateful that he seems to be okay!!

Well Doris the slightly dim Silkie had an outing to my little ones nursery school this morning. She was so good and didn't even poop on me . The kids were absolutely spell bound by her cute fluffy head and body one little girl thought she was a cat when I first pulled her out I'm hoping I've ignited some chicken love in the classrooms!

He had been on seizure medicine in the past, but his doctor took him off a few months ago because he hasn't been having seizures and a side effect is memory problems.

What was he on? My wife was on dilantin in college (before I knew her). Doesn't remember much of anything she learned that year. She was on Tegretol for years without side effects. Went off that a few years ago, knocking on wood no seizures.
I hope your son finds something that works for him. Helping DW through 3 seizures over the years was stressful on me and it was clear that it took many hours for her brain to clear up when each one ended

10 today. Lana the little Golden Campine decided to start again after taking a few weeks off. She was in the box when I did afternoon chores early because we were going out to dinner with my in-laws. She did, in fact, lay an egg .... and one of the Barred Rocks had decided the nest box was a good place to sleep
