I got 2 today. Unless somebody laid late - I t was our turn to hang with DH’s mom this weekend, and I was gone all afternoon and evening.

I don't have any egg report from the sitter. They are doing me a huge favor and I don't like to bug them. I'm just hoping everyone hangs on until I get back Friday night.

I read a news article type thing today that said generally 3 eggs a weeks is about what we should be eating as part of a healthy diet. I'm doomed. I eat that number most days for breakfast! How about you?

Sometimes I have more other times less but right now we get one egg every other day
we are buying eggs

I used to eat a 2 egg omelet every day. Then not too long after I got chickens I got too busy and now I eat half a bagel with peanutbutter and raisins every morning! I usually just use eggs in cooking or make deviled eggs once every few months I have an omelet.
