So far I’ve gotten 3 regularly scheduled eggs from my 4 for sure laying pullets (one got moved around she might not lay) and I finally got my first “blue” egg

I sure hope the other two Ameraucanas lay nice big blue ones this one I wasn’t so sure what colour I’d get as she’s different than the others

The usual.

13 eggs on Monday. Mom got out of hospital today (Monday) but then fell at her apartment, just had a skin tear so not too bad.

Geez, not even safe at home. I sure hope things improve soon. No more illness, no more bumps and bruises, no more falls.

So glad she got out of the hospital but geez falling was a rotten thing to happen. Hope she does well!

Thanks! She had more trouble today, unfortunately. So now the facility is insisting that she either goes to the care center or she hires a 24 hour caregiver to stay with her until she is stronger. She is going to hire someone.
Forgot to say I got 9 eggs today. There could be more out in the yard. The coop door blew shut and I hadn't opened the pop door so they were locked out of the coop at least part of the day.

Upon Further Review, I had 15 eggs, I forgot about the last one I collected as I was shutting coops. (14 and a half if the Serama egg counts as half)
