How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Wow, you better incubate those eggs, you'll have the only chickens around that lay regardless of gender!!!!
:lau
It is a Coturnix Quail that laid the infamous egg!
:oldBut it was put into the carton for incubation in the next week or so!:pop
She was moved from the "kill" pen into a "breeder/layer" pen! So her future looks brighter since she laid that egg.:lau

Chicken, quail, whatever. If the males lay eggs, you are gonna be rich! It pretty much doesn't pay to be male in the domestic animal used for food world.

I really like the layout of the eggs in that picture, very nice!

Thanks, I know right? If I have a roo that is too ornery or aggressive he is taking a 1~way trip to freezer camp! The quail especially, the roos can literally be replaced in a month or less if I have eggs already in the incubator! Dummies!
