20 today. So far 4 chicks have hatched in the incubator.

13 from 2 coops but figured out my new speckled are banty so they leave tomorrow sold them

4 today, though one soft shell. Not sure who laid it, but I think it’s time to break out the oyster shells.

Mine have oyster shell available all the time. But that doesn't keep Mellori (5 Y/O Black Australorp) from laying thin shell eggs. She was doing it last year too. I think you could force feed some inividuals oyster shell and the "factory" just isn't going to make use of it.
