I made grocery store eggs for breakfast.

BUT ONCE MY 20 pullets start laying...

Will do. Plan is to freeze dry, then blend it up into powder for. Reconstitute later then cook.

Our girls just started laying on Saturday. We have 13 hens and I believe 4 or 5 of them are laying. As of today we had 9 eggs! All are small, but beautiful. Various lovely shades of beige and brown.




We ended up eating 6 of them, over easy, for dinner. They were delicious!!
