Chicken coat is funny! I have chicken shoes myself. No other specialty chicken clothing. You need a good ice cream bucket with some hay to guarantee a soft ride for those eggs.

I got another 10 today, out of 12. yay! The past week we saved up 6 dozen and freeze dried them.

7 out of 8 today! One Rhode Island Red is starting to lay again, and the other is slowing down.

I had 7 eggs this afternoon when I checked the nesting boxes. T

here was 1 more in the box when I locked them up. I'm very confused because I get our eggs everyday and I only have 5 hens.....
How is it possible I got 8 eggs today?

I got three eggs out of four hens. One slacker has not started laying yet. I got theme as pullets at 16 weeks. All 29 weeks old

I have a chicken coat, chicken boots for the winter and chicken shoes for dry weather. I also have an egg basket that was sitting outside the coop that I forgot to bring in with me.
