No, NPIP is strictly voluntary here in MS and I think nationally. Now some people might not do business with you but that’s all in it. Anyone who knows more about it feel free to correct me.

Ah, okay. I'm in Wisconsin and would like to be able to sell legally locally. Of course, Maxwell isn't old enough yet, though. He's only 11 weeks. How old do cockerels have to be before they are uh, able to do the job?
