The girls are batting 1000 today, 12/12. First perfect score since beginning, and now starting broody #2, but she did lay one.

The first hondo is always exciting

2 of 3 which is odd because my polish was in the laying box this morning but didn’t lay. I don’t think she’s broody because she hasn’t shown any other signs of broodiness.. any ideas what might be going on?

How's she doing now? Did she go back to laying good?

yup! she's all better now. and I thought my OE was broody, but actually she's sick she's on medicine so we can't have her eggs until 40 days after, although she isn't laying much anyways. My other two girls layed today though
