175 -189 for the past few days.. i am down to 250 chickens. l sold around 300 of them since they wer not laying..

Okay the link above is an app i dont know how many of you know it but for those of you who dont its a chicken management app. It has EVERYTHING .And When i say every thing i mean EVERYTHING you can think of when it comes to keeping a chicken . i have been using it for the past 4 months its just very helpful since i have(had) a lot of chickens. Vacination date , flock ,feed and egg inventory , income and expenses and best of all you can generate a PDF report of everything.

Out of that many chickens, my question is, how did you determine which ones to sell? You obviously chose well because your numbers aren’t way of from before. That’s a lot of chicken watching!

What beautiful eggs, I’d like a bantam EE, bet she is cute

Technically she’s half Easter egger, half Japanese bantam, but she’s the size of a full bantam and lays blue eggs. She looks like a mini Easter egger in all black, and is adorable.

11 eggs and I sold 4 little cockerels today!

9 today. I’m still coming up short on the blue eggs, but it seems to be due to molting and not egg hiding like I originally thought.

I'm rehoming 6 more hens tomorrow... we'll see how the rest of the flock handles the change. I might not get any eggs at all
