How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got 9 eggs today. All in the same box.

Maggie is walking around all poofy, clucking, tail feathers outstretched like a turkey.
I think she is going into the broody trance. I could hear her this morning before I even got close to their pen. Cluck Cluck Cluck !

7 today but there was the leftover from a egg, so somehow it got cracked and they devoured it.

6 eggs from 7 chicken hens.
2 eggs out of two ducks
The ducks which are pekins lay 2 eggs everyday. They have layed soooooo many eggs for us. More than the high producing breeds of chickens. Not saying chickens aren’t good for eggs though.

Pretty average for my flock.

Been super busy this week. Got 12, 11 & 11 the past few days!

2 so far when I went down to clean the coop earlier. One was still warm. Have to see if the little hens lay today.
