Only 7 today! 5 duck, and 2 chicken. My 10yo laid again!

Unfortunately, no. This little thief has eggs stolen from at least two different nests. I'm thinking the first chick must have been an earlier (third) set. When that one hatched so far ahead of the others, it was likely pushed out as an intruder and disappeared. Poor Baby.

So sorry. Poor little guy. If you're anything like me, you're still watching for the little one. There's always that little bit of hope.

14, I think. My Kid brought in 10 this afternoon, then DH brought 4 more in later, about 7:30 p.m., when he went out to lock up.

I havent been in here in forever! Busy with new chicks and I incubated my own eggs (5) 3 early quitters but the 2 that made it to lockdown hatched!

Anyway, 11 eggs yesterday \o/ And now Tilly stopped being broody wheee

It so far I have been getting 789 or 10 a day

What in the world do you DO with 789 eggs? (trying SO hard to control my giggles!) I don't EVEN want to see your feed bill!

20 eggs today, and bunch that are quite messy. Someone is laying soft or brittle eggs that are breaking in a nest box. I will have to see who is doing this on the coming long weekend.

I have a feeling it’s old Raven, I found a very brittle egg of hers last week.

If they're all appearing in the same nest box, you might want to put a liner in it to make clean-up easier. I hope you can figure out who has the issue and that it clears up easily!

I got 3 this morning but none since and I saw a mouse that needs to be exterminated. I did get another egg

Only 7 today, and one of the nesting boxes was tipped over. I think the snakes are out.
