How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I got six today, brought them inside and set them on the counter ... and promptly knocked the three largest to the floor. Zheesh! My parents have always claimed that there was a reason they didn't name me "Grace." I guess I just confirmed their logic ... again!

One day I went out and got the eggs and I had 6, when I came back in I had none. I dropped the bucket and all 6 were gone.

My GLW gave me a Fairy Egg today, so I expect her to start in with regular laying soon. 45 degree drop in temp, ending in an ice storm between yesterday afternoon and this morning. Only 1 egg in the coop when I left for work.
