Lo and behold, it's a miracle! Both of my EE's laid today! One beautiful green orb, one blue. First time Lola has laid since she came here. So out of 2 laying birds, we got 2 eggs today.

Just add that to the list of things I have to be thankful for.

5 + one soft shell from 13 hens...been averaging 5-6 since the first of Nov. Oct. I got 8-10 a day. I guess, it 'tis the season....
