I only got 1 for my one hen decided to go broody again with the plastic Easter eggs. I would let here set if I had anything for her to sit on but I don't have a Rooster that is old enough to do the deed.

yesterday 3 for 5

today 5 for 5,

except today, I also got one poopy egg, which can only mean that one of my hens has a poopy/feather problem that needs to be cleaned.

I dropped one of the eggs today, then I scrambled it up for my hens to eat. They got into some pork chop bones the other day, lots of summer squash that people keep giving me, I like to cook the small squash for my family and the chickens love the huge giant squash, cut down the middle and tossed into their trough feeder. Corn tonight for dinner, corn cobs for the chickens tomorrow.

I got 2 eggs from 2 pullets that are newly laying. My SS laid her first egg today!

I got two eggs today one from my RIR and another from my Ameraucana (her first)! They are only 5 months old so I am thrilled!

1 for 11 again but yesterday was zero. Can't wait for about 4 more weeks until it gets to be 8 for 11 or the awesome 11 of 11.
