10 of the 11 that I know are laying at this time, I do have a total of 15 pullet/hens in all, 11 laying 2 in moult and 2 that have to start.

I got 2 out of 3 today with the girls going to bed at 4:30pm and getting up at 7:30am. Not bad!

After adding the 23 watt fluorescent bulb to the coop 2 weeks ago I am now getting 5 eggs from all 5 EE hens. Only my red sex link hen is not laying. Very excited to finally be getting eggs after over 2 months of nothing.They molted in the fall,and then never started laying again.

Lol, I am even catching the rooster going into the nest box. He seems to be calling the girls in.Going to share my bounty(free) with the eldery neighbors today. I missed my eggs.

13/43 It's picking up! was getting 2-3, added light Dec 5 from 4am-8am up to 6-8, added more light from 4am-8pm and now 13. It could also be coincidence as the days are getting longer, but am not stopping the light yet

1 from 1 - my Snow White (White Leghorn) has now laid 27 eggs since starting Nov 24th, with 19 of them being laid consecutively since Dec 10th. She's an egg producing machine!

Also my other three 20 week old pullets (1 Anconca & 2 possible EEs) are now squatting & making "nests" in the coop! So any day now!
