How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Back to four eggs today.

I only got 6 today but two ducks stayed outside under the shed again!! Ugh. They think it’s warm now because it’s not -10* I cannot get my 3 Muscovies to go in the barn. And, right now I can’t leave the barn door open for more than a few minutes because I have goat kids in there...so I can’t be trying to herd ducks for 45 minutes....ugh! So, this week, they’ve been doing they’re thing! They won’t come in. They have food and water. It safe under the shed...no predators go up under there...why would they? Uuugh. Ducks!!

2 duck one bantam. I am beginning to think my older girls aren’t going to start laying again. They laid their little hearts out for 3 yrs I hope they aren’t through.

4 and I need a duck poop jar. The urge to go to the shed , bring in the incubator, and warm it up is powerful.

Moved out here over 4 months ago and still have not gotten around to building a second coop and pen. The second reason is I want some runner hens of different variety. Hatching is so much fun though.

I had given up on my older gal and she did start laying... they may eventually prove you wrong
