I sell about 2 dozen a week at 2.00/dozen. I have 2 regular customers. We get about 4 dozen a week from our 11 hens, so we still have enough for ourselves and enough to give to family members when they need some. However, feed prices just increased again to 9.59 per 40 pound bag, so even at 2.00 a dozen we are actually losing money I really don't think people realize that!

I just sold 4 doz @ $2.50 each and at this point, I'm only selling to one person!

Just sold 2 dozen at 3.00/dozen to someone who responded to my Craigs list posting.

I think that it helped that I added a picture of my multi colored eggs in a wire basket.

I just checked at a local store and Egglands Best are 2.79 and 2.59 for Natures Best cage free eggs.

So I think that 3.00 is fair.
