How many eggs do you Eat a day?

I searched this and didnt see it, sure its been asked though before. Today I am at 5. 3 scrambled and 2 hard boiled on my salad.

0 dh might eat 3... sometimes the kids will eat some.

I've read that anymore than 2 eggs a day could raise your cholesterol.

I make organic eggs for my family of 5 most days of the week. We don't really eat meat besides the occasional chicken dinner or turkey bacon, so eggs are an important source of protein for us. At breakfast, I'll make one fried egg each [for a total of 5] or 8 scrambled eggs for both of us.

Oh well, recently i've read it gives you good kind. I wont eat any junk to make up for it.

I eat 2-5 eggs a day and have for years. My cholesterol is below average.

Husband and I eat 5 every morning and then whatever are ingredients in other prepared foods. That varies day by day.

You can always separate out the yolks from the whites if the fat is a problem.

Egg white omelets are great.

I don't have a daily average. Some days I don't eat any and like tonight I boiled up a half dozen to put in some potato salad.
