how many eggs should i be getting

I have 15 RIR pullets and theyve been laying for about a month and a half. Were getting between 8-10 eggs a day. Is that good or should we be getting more? Im feeding them layer pellets what else should i give them to get them laying more?
 
Well that is not great egg laying but its not horrible either. A lot of the time chickens need time to start laying at a good steady rate!

That's is not bad at all. Heck with the change in season,day light and molting I'm lucking to get 2-3 eggs from my 14 girls.
