1 out of 1. My other 6 are slacking and still havent started laying yet. Making their poor sister pull all of the weight. She laid yesterday also but I was a soft shell that was cracked open. Today's was a fine egg

Do you offer oyster free choice to them ?

Oyster free choice? I'm feeding them all flock with oyster shells on the side. I've seen her eat some. She is a new layer though. This is her 5th egg.

Oh good. I'm new to chickens. These bigger ones are my first ones I've owned so I'm'm wanting to do everything right. I'm hoping it was just a fluke since today's was good.

12 out of 20 today. When I was getting the last egg for the day I found my blue Ameraucana pullet sitting on a nest! She should be laying pretty soon.
