How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Yesterday I got 9/10, when I first got them they would all lay about an egg a day, and I would get 10/10 on average. They are production reds. 1 passed though, so now we have 9 production reds, and an Easter Egger who lays about 4-6 eggs a week.

5 of 6 today! I know who the one hold out is..... little Sophia.

But the really cool part is that Rhona laid a double yolk! I have only ever seen that once with chickens Ive owned, and never from a chicken who just started laying.

No, my RIRs just don’t do it all at once. They’re 2 years old. The other one did it at the beginning of the summer.
