My feed store sells chicks.
I love to look at them and always want to bring some home.
I have bought some a few times.
I have some that are going to be 9 years old this spring.
My youngest ones from the feed store will be 2 years in June.
Every time I've bought chicks from the 'pullet' cages, thats exactly what they are!!

ill pourosly go to the feed store so i can see all of those cute chicky faces! its hard to resist not peaking at them! it does make you want some but i think i could resist!!!!

well, around here, i'm one of the suppliers to the feed store

of their glw's anyway, and mutts here and there, and the only other thing she usually gets are production babies from other local hatchers, so i can resist the temptation very well. now the byc swaps that have silkies....i'm a gonner.

We went there this afternoon actually...no fuzzy butts yet, but soon! I talked to my husband about possibly getting more (we have 6). I told him getting a few more couldn't possibly be any more work than taking care of the 6 that I already have! My only concern is being sure I have enough space for more, considering my girls don't free range. Must ponder this..
