I have 3 buff hens laying an egg everyday and then I have 1 golden lace the I got on Sunday she is not lay now all started molding. I'm setting 15 eggs in the bator tonigth en have 19 baby chicks,5 lavender orps, 9 golden laced orps and 5 buff's. Just starting and going well I love my orps

I have 11 Buff Orpington chicks, almost 2 weeks old. They are awesome! I can't wait to start getting eggs from them. I am going to incubate fertile eggs that I get from them and my Barred Rock roosters. Does anyone have a picture of a Barred Rock x Buff Orpington cross?

I have two , among other breeds, and I am hoping they are both girls. The one in particular, I am very attached to and is super friendly with me... I hope she is a pullet, I do want to keep her.

Here are my new babies, I will be introducing to my red sex links probably next week. There's like a 2 1/2 week difference in age so not expecting to many issues, both still young.
