ROFL when she first started having them I told one of my friends and her reply was "and you haven't squished them yet??????"

Some people just don't appreciate our creepy crawlies!!!! LOL

Well, I have a pinkie warming right now. I am going to use the tongs I use to feed the snakes so maybe she will think it is alive and be more inclined to eat it.

ETA.....Fatso is now eating her pinkie. I think I may not check on her for awhile. OH MY......I am so used to the snakes just swallowing them. It is a bit more.....icky.​

I admit I don't get the appeal of a scorpion as a pet, but I keep coming back to see how many babies you end up with. How many do you plan to keep?

I must admit, I don't really get the appeal of keeping a scorpion as a pet either. LOL No, REALLY!!!! As much as I love ALL animals that is one I really never wanted. My 9 y/o on the other hand....well, these are his.

And they really have grown on me. when his last one died I was very sad and had no problem getting a new one.

As for how many we will keep, my other children both want one so I suppose I may let them each keep one and try to sell the rest.

You are lucky, Asher!!!! My kids want every creepy animal they see!!! I am very glad I am not afraid of creepy crawlies or I would be in big trouble with these three!!!! And thank you, I do have a huge love of anything living. Well, except maybe ticks, fleas, and mosquitos. I have a bit of an issue with those!!!!

I am surprised mine didn't want them. They generally do ask for everything, but the time I suggested a snake, they looked at me like I was crazy! ROFL I think we will get an Iguana at some point. We've been talking about it for months, but now is definitely not the time to get any new animals or family members!

I replied to your other post. I am partial to boys, too. They are just easier and friendlier! LOL! My 2 girls know it, and at least one agrees. She is pregnant and was hoping for a boy, and that is what she is getting. We are all really excited, especially my 2 boys, 8 & 10. Not that we don't love the girls, but we seem to deal better with the boys. LOL!

Congrats Asher! I always wanted about 5 boys, but ended up with 2 of each. Now, I guess I'll have grandbabies that are boys!

So, is that one still over her eyes?? I can't imagine how a scorpion would eat a pinkie!

Has she eaten any other babies besides that one? That makes me think something was wrong with it, you know?
