How many Standard Chickens? Or how many Bantam Chickens?

This coop is 8x12. Using the entire indoor area (removing the "feed storage" area), how many Standard birds will fit? What about Bantams, how many? Not together but if I made it a coop for my standards only or for Bantams only. I am TERRIBLE at math, especially on days that end in Y. Please help?

Please note that the run will be expanded significantly, but I'd like to know how many will fit inside first. Thank you so much for your help!

4 sq ft per standard bird so around 20 and I believe 2 sq ft per bantam so about 40ish. Are those measurements not including the nesting boxes?
