Well I LOVE Teas!!!!
So I have alot of loose leaf tea just laying around. Could not find a recipe for loose tea. So I created my own. I did 2 variations of it to test.

So here it is Tea wine #1
(So far turning out alot clearer than #2)
5 cups water
1/2 Berry Patch Loose tea
3 tbs of Lemon grass loose tea
3 cups sugar
1/16 tsp Potassium Metasufite
1/2 tsp per bottle (1/2gallon) Yeast Nutrient.
Lalvin 71B-1122 yeast

That sound delicious. Great combination! I will have to get the Potassium Metasufite and the 1122 yeast where I get my supplies from. I usually have on had the 1118 and 1116 yeast.

Thanks for posting your recipe.

So the confectioners sugar works ok? I haven't tried frozen juices but have been reading a lot about it and will have to stock up. I'm curious to see what it taste like using frozen juice.

I found peaches on sale at our local store for $1.98 for a 2 lb bag. I thought about making 1 gallon batch but I may go ahead and do the 5 gallon batch because I love peaches. I have a while to wait on my watermelon and Japanese plum wine. :/

I have no idea how they will taste...LOL Very new but read a lot. This fall I plan to make a cider wine from our apple festival cider fresh pressed. I like making the small batches in order to experiment and keeping logs on it all. Will make bigger batches and adjust as needed once I start tasting. Live and Learn

My first time making watermelon wine was a couple weeks ago. I have heard that it is VERY hard to make because it sours quickly. I'm anxious to see how that turns out.:/

I never had cider wine before. Does it taste like apples?

I'm beginning to make small batches as well. It's fun!

My fig wine is coming along ok but not fermenting at the rate that it should. I will have to add more yeast and room to a warmer room. I'm not sure about this wine. :/

What is everyone else making?
