Exactly how many hens are we allowed to have in the Murfreesboro City Limits?

Thanks for replying. I live in Murfreesboro TN. I called my Extension office but they are closed on the weekends,
I was hoping to get a quick answer on this, a new law that just passed allowing a certain number of hens (no roosters) to be raised in the city limits.
