How much Corid for my hens?

Trying to buy Corid online for my chickens on recommendation of some folks here and it seems all the listings say "for calves," even when I seed my search with "for chickens." Is this the same medicine (20% soluble powder) and if so how much do I add to their water?

I used for rabbits, yes it is he same medicine but I don't know how to dose for chickens. Sorry.
