How much do you pay per bird for processing?

I don't pay anything, I do it myself. LOL
However, there is a GB processor close to me. They charge $1.50/bird for CX and $2/bird for a MOR, not cut up or bagged.

I have only talked to one butcher here in northern AZ and he charges $5 per bird. Therefore I do them myself. I may ask around more when I get into some larger numbers though. If I can find it for $2 or less, it would be worth it.

Maybe I am reading the post wrong but we are charging $2.00 lb live birds for CX and FR's. If we process them its $3.25 per lb. Let me know if were off base here. I think this is a fair price.
