How much fish can chicks/ growers etc be fed?

I now have fish scraps coming out my ears lol! I got 130kgs last week and they have more this week which I have no more freezer space for! So I am keeping the layers diets at about 10% but how much can I feed chicks and growers? I have been feeding as much as they will eat to one pen and it seems like they hardly eat anything else for the amount of chickens in the pen, it is great

I am just wondering this recommended percentages if any knows? It is very hard to google everything unrelated comes up!
