How much longer

I have 2 pullets (buff Orpington and Bielefelder) they hatched 5/30 their combs are nice and red and are looking mature and ready to start laying but no squatting . When will the free loading stop?
I have 5 more older hens (2.5y) 1 is laying, 1 molting and the other 3 are still in a winter break - the last 2 years they started early February I live in CA.

Some breeds take longer to lay, I think beliefelders are one of those. And maybe the orpingtons is thinking about it
